My husband and I were planning our wedding. We were perfectly advised and in good hands right from the start. They made us feel so special. People are often a bit nervous when it comes to their own wedding. The nervousness was taken away from us immediately and we spent the most beautiful day of our lives. We would recommend this to anyone! Really fantastic, thank you for that!
We came to NYC on a sister's trip. One sister had never been and we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Our 1st night there we made reservations and knew we may not get the highly sought after window view. Thanks to Ermal the assistant GM we got an amazing window table with views down the street of Times Square! Food was overpriced but delicious. Our waiter Kervin was an absolute delight and total professional.
