The Chicken Wraps are served on a nice wooden paddle, with each wrap requiring 4-5 bites to finish, while the Tuna Poké comes with a beautiful puffy rice "sheet." The Truffle Potato Fripps are nicely seasoned and sliced, with the diner biting into an actual piece of potato rather than a thin chip. The Corn Ribs, grilled and charred to perfection, are a standout dish, presenting the classic Mexican-style elote in a clever, rib-like presentation.
