I am a little biased because I loved Dunkin, there coffee is always very good. However the staff were pretty bad. I told the female that I just placed my order on the app and she sounded very pissed at me. Only it smelled pretty bad in there. My honest take as a critic, there are better Dunkin's around!
Not a bad place overall. Sometimes they don't read the order and just make what they think it says. The hash browns are always burnt or dried out.
Great place, unfortunatelly you have to eat standing up, no place to sit, which is very inconvenience, since you walk around NY all day and want a place to sit for a bit while you eat.
