So I’ve been trying to leave a review for the Dunkin located in Penn Station next door to the Walgreens which is across from the NJT waiting area. This Dunkin location is my FAVORITE!. I’ll travel all the way from Queens, NY or East Orange, NJ for there coffee. But most importantly the customer service ; it’s exceptional! Chavanté was a great employee & brightened my day. I was annoyed that the establishment had no tip jar. Employees should be compensated. 5 stars for service & food, 0 stars for stupid company policy regarding tip jars.
