This location desperately needs to hire more people for the morning shift. It consistently takes way too long to order and receive one drink.
This place charged me $6.52 for a medium hot cappuccino. This is the priciest DD ever seen so far...!!!
Half of the staff don’t work, literally they’re just watching the line accumulate.
I really hope Management will read this and replace half their staff so that when their place gets so busy that they will have a full team that can actually jump in into the hard work. Right now they have only one hard-working person into people that are just waiting around. They need a full team of people that will jump into barista positions too shorten the line if they need to.
Dunkin' serves delicious and fresh fast food, ready in under 5 minutes. The area can be unsettling due to homeless individuals, but the restaurant feels safe inside, although it lacks seating. While the food is great, some staff members can be difficult to converse with due to language barriers. Service can be slow, with long wait times for orders, and there have been issues with incorrect orders.
