An overseas version of Japan's Machida Shoten.The taste is a little different, but since it's an overseas version, there's nothing you can do about it.I ordered gyoza at many restaurants in America, but these were the best.
This place has been around maybe 5 years at this point (2024) and is always consistently great. I’m surprised and frankly confused by the negative reviews, and by the fact its overall rating isn’t better than 4.3. I think it’s the best ramen, and some of the best bao, in the city.

Used to love this place but I doubt I’d go back. Oh so hot miso ramen wasn’t as great as it used to be - felt like the amount of vegetables was much smaller and the balance was off. What made it worse was that the whole time we were there very harsh smell of chemical (bathroom cleaner sort?) was present, which made it impossible to enjoy food. I asked the server about it and he simply said he didn’t smell anything.
