Very rude attitude and one person to deal with. I had a prepaid parkingwhiz parking, otherwise I'd leave immediately. He made me late for my doctor appointment (waited 25 mins for 4 people in front of me where 3 came after me but I was waiting in the car then got out and got into the line. All he needed to do was to take the keys give me a ticket.

Parking staff took very good care of my car for 2 years, BUT management is NASTY. When I inquired about getting a discount for prepaying yearly, the regional manager said, “F**k you, if you want a discount, then go somewhere else.”The way the management trees customers is truly atrocious. .I found parking across the street for 25% less.
