tiny unassuming place. you can walk right by and completely miss it. they have a lunch special for 6 bucks that has quite a bit of food. typical jamaican options. very flavorful. a bit spicy. a lot of ginger based drinks too. the pace is very slow but the lady behind the counter is very friendly.
I walked by for years without recognizing it was there- but I sure was glad when I saw it & gave it a try! There are aren't many places where you can get Caribbean food and soul food and have it all taste like your grandma made it. We love the fried chicken, catfish, curried goat, and sweet potatoes.
