We wanted to try something we have never had and we found this place. Tried the traditional Plov, meat platter and Umka chicken puff pie. All three were very different but delicious nonetheless. Our server was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with us when asking for recommendations. Our first time trying this type of food but highly recommend!

5/5: A great place for Uzbek food In lower Manhattan!Came here with my date for lunch on a Saturday. First time trying Uzbek food!We had the Umka w/ Chicken and Beef, Authentic Uzbek Plov, and the Lulya Chicken Kebab.The umka was delicious and surprisingly filling! A solid appetizer. The Plov was a home-run too! The rice was flavorful, the carrots were soft and chewy, and the beef on top paired well with the rest of the dish. This is on our group review. Our visit to NYC this weekend followed a lot of walking, and this place has a convenient location and a fully loaded menu! The hosts were charming and offered a nice place to sit. We ordered a lot of soups/salads for starting. The meat was super juicy with a good balance of taste/spices. We also tried several desserts and the portions of desserts seemed small but freshly prepared.We would love to visit this place again!
