Great food & drinks. Nice atmosphere.
I was really looking forward to having lunch at The Fleming. We got off to a good start with a wonderful glass of chilled white wine. The various crusty breads were terrific. The butter could have been served at room temperature instead of ice cold and hard to spread. The gazpacho was creamy and truly outstanding. However, the pasta angoloti was terrible and heavy. We took our clients out to lunch and one of the orders was improperly managed. The food was good, the service was good, but one mistake by our waiter had one of our guests without a lunch to eat while everyone else had their meal. She had ordered salmon for her salad and it came without the salmon. They rushed the salmon out and it then came out not fully cooked and had to be taken back again.
