Based on the reviews, Fluffies Hot Chicken - Midtown is a celebration of the culinary arts in its simplest form, though it is also an absolute temple to gluttony. The food is delicious and heavy; one reviewer could only eat half the chicken on mac n cheese. The chicken was better than expected, and the Caesar salad was also delicious. The restaurant is a small spot with a pick-up window for easy to-go orders, and the price is a real bargain. Service can be great, with some customers having an amazing experience thanks to kind, professional, and positive staff who provided outstanding service. However, one reviewer had a horrible experience at a different location with a toxic manager, which affected the taste of the food. Overall, many recommend the food and service, calling it the best food they have ever had.
