Great service and great tasting teas
My tea was good but the wait was so long! Everyone behind the counter was working very quickly - it just seemed like there were endless online orders slowing things down.
Always heard about Gong Cha but never got around to trying it—until this trip to Times Square. Stopped by their Broadway location and it definitely lived up to the hype.
The shop has a clean, modern look with bright red accents, fun lighting, and a pretty efficient setup with self-order kiosks. Even in a busy area like Times Square, the process felt quick and smooth.
