First of all, 5-stars across the board! I was running out of a meeting and over to meet my friend for lunch before going back to work... It's nearly 90 degrees outside and I was sweating and just looking horrific, but I was greeted by Mayra the moment I walked in the door -- and she was just so courteous and friendly and gave me a 5-star experience. Amazing staff! We stayed here for four days at the hotel and they were all lovely from the morning shift to the night shift so friendly so helpful this was the best thing about this whole hotel!!! All we got was coffee, drinks, and snacks but omg these ladies are great!

Best experience ever!!! Was walking by the Riu plaza and saw a sign for $5.95 coffee and pastry. Just had to check it out and was so impressed. $5.95 included a fresh cappuccino and a pastry. Looking at the coffee machine I knew it would be great and it was and the danish was fresh and delish. Service was excellent and you could sit inside at the Riu hotel. Total win win… thank you!
