I went to the location in China town which has no dining space left right away, to go to the LES location is the one with nice tables and big space. Tried the fatty guitar duck, wow blew me away. Fatty as described and well seasoned. The regular pecking duck is always delicious less fatty. The milk buns were interesting, it's not brioche but it's fried dry dough with condensed milk. Tasty! I love that you can specify white or dark meat for the proteins. For duck, ALWAYS get white meat. Duck is all dark meat anyway, and it would guarantee you the delicious breast pieces. Ordered the three meat plate with rice to try more roast meats, and unfortunately the roast pork was out ;( but tried the char siu which was pretty good. The duck will and always be my favorite. Wow what a delicious meal six of us enjoyed! Wood ear mushroom salad, pulled chicken, fried mini buns, crispy fish skins, spicy fish balls, soy sauce chicken, roasted duck, char sui, crispy skin roast pork, spicy brisket with rice and broccoli with garlic to make it healthy.
