Got a matcha here and it was super bland. It was literally full of ice and had the lowest amount of matcha of anyone I’ve gotten in the city. The colors are definitely not right. I don’t consider myself a particular matcha snob but when a drink now costs $7 or as much a meal, I expect some quality.
I walked in at about 6:35 PM on Wednesday night after a long day at work. There was one staff member standing there at the counter and she immediately greeted me. I felt so welcomed by her smile and her calm demeanor. She helped me and used endearing terms such as 'love' to address me. I had a tough day at work and her kindness was very appreciated.
