Jajaja Mexicana offers fresh, well-seasoned vegan dishes inside Whole Foods on the second floor, past the cheese and in the corner in the back. The Turmeric Cauliflower bowl is a standout, and the friendly staff provides excellent customer service. The delicious cauliflower tacos are not heavily breaded and the hearty breakfast burrito is a great choice. The food is worth finding for its exquisite taste at reasonable prices. The menu has great choices, like the chunky birria tacos with steak seasoned to perfection and a sauce that adds an extra kick. Service is super quick, and the food is delicious, flavorful, and very affordable. Some dishes come in cardboard tubs with plastic cutlery, but the tasty meals make it one of the best vegan Mexican spots on the east coast. An absolute gem.
