Jajaja Mexicana offers fresh, well-seasoned vegan dishes inside Whole Foods. The Turmeric Cauliflower bowl is a standout, and the friendly staff provides excellent customer service. Despite its tricky location—tucked away in a corner of the market—the food is worth finding for its exquisite taste at reasonable prices. The menu has great choices, though some ingredients are unclear without photos. Service is super quick, and the food is delicious, flavorful, and very affordable. Some dishes come in cardboard tubs with plastic cutlery, but the tasty meals make it one of the best vegan Mexican spots on the east coast. An absolute gem.
