Cute little shop with delicious cookies that taste like pie. We tried multiple berry ones and some with chocolate and the gooey chocolate chip cookie but our favorite was the apple! They were soft and crumbly like a pie topping. Definitely recommend trying the apple and any of the berrry ones 🤤

I've tried a lot of cookies around NYC and, far and beyond, Janie's is out.of.this.world! Not only are the cookies (and cake cups when available) delicious, but she and her staff are amazing, generous, and kind human beings. Hands down, the pie crust cookies, mint cookies and cream, cosmic brownie cookie, and lucky charms cookie (all among my favorite rotations) beat the competition! True hidden gem and highly recommended! We bring our out of town friends and family here as often as possible!

Delicious cookies!! The sign is partially blocked if you’re coming from the west side of the street but don’t pass it, you’ll be missing out! Many options to choose from. Chocolate and apple one ones were delicious. Will definitely be back to keep trying different ones!

I walked by this understated window where you can hardly read is a bakery… the rest is history!
OHHHH MY GOD, the best ever in the world cookies I’ve ever tried! Unbelievable! Texture, flavor, the fillings, it’s just from another world.
I don’t live in this neighborhood but I would def comeback!

Incredible cookies. Chocolate chip (not the pie crust version) are the best on UWS, maybe in the city. They taste truly homemade in the back of the store vs many of the other bakeries or chains that likely bake frozen / processed pre-shipped dough

This a little hole in the wall basement bakery. They are famous for their pie crust cookies. I preferred the fruit flavors to the sweeter flavors. To me they tasted more like mini pies than a cookie, but they were still yummy.

Thise cookies were indeed life changing I must say🥧🍪 I only got pie crust cookies and to be honest I don’t think you have to get classic ones bc they’re literally specialized in pie crust cookies and its NOT CHEAP so choose wisely. I hate that I love these bc it is so dang expensive but I fear it is worth even penny. Pie crust cookies were crispy and the filling on the insider was great with decent flavor. It tasted real which I enjoyed. Staff was SO NICE; she gave me the run down of each flavor and gave me an amazing recs! Place is so so cute and they even have nice cold free water for all customers yall. Amazing. I’m definitely going back to once again spend ungodly amount of money but ik its goona be GOOD
