I came here with my husband and baby around 7pm for dinner after seeing the article on Eater! There was no wait so we were seated right away! We got the large beef platter and the seafood pancake.Wow! What a feast! The food all came out pretty fast, and the servers were so attentive! The seafood pancake was crunchy and flavorful. Came here at 8:30PM on a Monday night with a couple of friends and it was amazing. There wasn't any wait so we got seated immediately. We got the large beef platter, beef small intestine, beef entrails, beef tartare, and the seafood pancake. Everything tasted delicious and we were stuffed in the end. If you're not a fan of intestine, I would at least recommend trying the beef entrails since it has a meatier texture. Part of Jongro but on the 5th floor and an extended menu with gopchang (intestines)! The wait is also a lot shorter especially on the weekends and it's the perfect place to come with a group.
