This is the manager who punched employee in the face and kept his job. You will also see her frisking employee illegally.
I’ve been a patron since Kenn, Lee-Anna and Jonathan have kept the legacy going beautifully with great customer service, a diverse menu, excellent staff, and reasonably priced drinks. It’s a neighborhood favorite for a reason.
Double-check the bill! We received a handwritten bill with a 15% service fee. This way, unwary customers are fooled and enticed to tip twice. Upon inquiry, we were told that this practice is applied only to tourists because they are not used to tipping. Good service deserves to be rewarded, but it is up to the customer to determine the amount, not the manager or waitress.
