I want to mention that this is a review experienced based off of ordering from Grubhub! This was my first time trying their Birria Ramen, and my first experience trying their food in general! I hope to come in and try their food and dine in. Ordering wise- they separately packed the soup from the ramen fillings which is very considerate of them! No spills. I've been ordering from this spot for a couple years now. I've eaten their birria tacos - amazing! 9/10 The consume that comes with it is OK...there's no beef inside with the broth but I feel like it needs more flavor. Not really something I find myself ordering consistently. Their birria ramen is great. 8/10 There was only one time I received an order and the beef smelled spoiled, so I didn't get to eat it. I believe this is a cloud kitchen as you can only order on services like Grubhub and seamless. That said, food quality was very good! The birria tacos were very flavorful and the shells were still reasonably crispy (definitely had a kick as well!). Consume was very flavorful as well, and the chips and guac were well done. Overall execution of the meal was excellent!
