The food was good. I tried the Sunny bowl and was surprised at first by the presentation and second by the flavor. Everything worked so well together and each bite just got better and better. They have nice things in the menu for kids and adults. I would love to bring my kids to try the mini pancakes. They definitely looked amazing.

I stopped in here for the third time at the 370 lexington avenue location on the way to an eye doctors appointment next door I grabbed a French cream donut after seeing it on their advertisement outside looked so delicious I had to grab one!!. Last time I came here on my 2nd visit I had a chocolate muffin with a medium coffee which was also delicious!!. Service is fast as well!. Oh yeah the hot chocolate Definitely goes well with the French cream donut!!

Came here for a quick bite after classes (20-25 minute stay). This location is really pretty and has a nice ambiance. Tea and food came out super quickly but I wasn’t a fan of the avocado toast it was like airplane food (ice cold prepackaged food), I’ll stick with their sandwiches and pastries (yum). My qualm was mostly with my server— she dropped the check on my table without asking and I wanted to order a dessert. Then when I was mid donut she asked “is there anything else you need because I have to go”. Yikes. All in all, I’d come back because of convenience. Also I’ve worked in the service industry so I get it but I’m leaving the review so management knows that wasn’t cool. :( sorry.

Als Belg zijnde moet ik zeggen dat ik niks aan te merken heb op dit etablissement. Vriendelijk personeel, veel (Belgische) keuze, propere toiletten.

They brought us a broken coffee cup. We asked for water, but they didn't bring it to us. They brought us coffee and a bowl of soup. Horrible experience, very low class service.

I loved this place used to eat here all the time until I was passing by on my way to night work and saw a HUGE RAT running around the restaurant was closed at the timeNeedless to say I will NEVER eat there again. This place is filthy.

You should have more staff during lunch time. This is peak hour, especially for people on lunch break. There’s no reason why people should wait ten minutes for a soup that’s already made. Thanks Le Pain for the unapologetically unreliable service.

French cream donut is so good and not expensive (and doesn't taste too sweet, which i love) Very underrated!!
