Maison BARNES offers an exceptional and incredible dining experience in a beautiful, elegant, and comfortably appointed room. The ambiance is one of quiet luxury with uncrowded tables and a non-existent noise level, allowing for easy conversation. The space feels thoughtfully curated and is not stiff.
The food is consistently outstanding, with every dish being excellent, beautifully presented, and tasting really good. Flavors are delicate, layered, and incredibly coherent, with each ingredient on the plate serving a purpose. Specific praised dishes include the lobster barigoule, squash ravioli, sea bass, Hiramasa, lobster ravioli, arctic char, scallops, short rib, NY strip, Salad, Filet, and the molten chocolate cake or devils food cake with blackberry sorbet for dessert. The prix fixe menu allows for two, three, or four courses chosen from any section.
