I'm not sure what you are supposed to eat here but I loved Christina Tosi on Masterchef so I wanted to try this place out. Came on a weekday night, there was no one here, and the place was a lot smaller than what I had originally anticipated. This location is a very small storefront but has all the classic Milk Bar treats you can imagine in stock. They had a 3 cookies for $8.50 deal and I ended up trying their famous gluten-free cereal marshmallow cookie for the first time. They had a wonderfully chewy texture and convinced me that fruity pebbles and marshmallows are a match made in heaven. I only wish they offered gluten-free versions of their other cookie flavors.

The magic touch and innovation of Christina Tosi feels long lost at the modern Milk Bar locations, which give off a very Hudson News airport store vibe. For $3.75 you can get a compost cookie that tastes akin to a deluxe grocery store cookie.
