Noona's Ice Cream is a feel good spot in the East Village with a delicious selection of unique flavors. The staff is incredibly warm and goes out of its way to ensure a fantastic experience, encouraging sampling. The toasted rice ice cream and the ube coffee swirl with mochi topping and black sesame drizzle are highlights. The tiny shop provides the best experience, making it a great end to the night.
