Drinks, food, staff, and environment were great. Made it my first and last stop of my day touring NY.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon.Beautiful weather only one bartender. Line reaching the street. Getting close to the bar, I noticed there were no taps.I asked the bartender, do you have beer on tap? And she said no. What kind of beer garden has no beer on tap? Not any kind of German vibe either. Seems like they were mostly interested in serving drinks. Will not be going back.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to grab a drink in NYC! The location has the best view of Oculus, has a big outdoor patio and they have live music all of the time. A walk-up bar and a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Such a chill, relaxed vibe and the best place to just absorb the city. I love coming here on my arrival day! =)

Left. Four staff members went past at the bar, no queue, not one said 'hi'. Stood for 3/4 mins. Left.

A really great spot to hang on a nice day alone or with friends. The location is very unique, right behind St. Paul's Chapel, next to the Oculus, very close to the 9/11 Memorial, and with the World Trade Center overhead.

You can sit there, eat, drink, and people watch for as long as you'd like to experience the vibrant life of New York City from a comfortable street-level vantage point. If you're visiting any of the tourist spots nearby, it's a perfect area to take a quick break and get something to eat and drink in between activities.

I got a frozen drink (not sure of the flavor, but I asked if they had something like lemonade and this is what they gave me) that was incredibly tasty. So much so that I plan to go back just to get that drink again, and will likely stop here for that drink any time I'm nearby.

The prices are great for New York City, especially considering it's in a tourist area, and the people working there were very friendly and efficient.

Was touring NYC and wanted to grab a quick bite and a beer. Stopped at the Oculus beer garden. Enjoyed a local beer from Brooklyn and some nachos. Great atmosphere and decent food.

£21 English pounds for a small can and a large can of beer and a small
Bottle of water. What an absolute rip off. When we saw it the other day we expected more from it but such a disappointment. Just money making, not ppl who are actually interested in good beers.

I ordered a Bratwurst, but the order got messed up somehow and they gave me a beef hot dog instead. Since I was sort of in a rush, I decided to just eat it. The outer layer of the hot dog was to thick and the texture was very different than the inner part which I didn’t like. The taste was ok. Server with a side of chips. It was $12 so not cheap but it is NYC afterall.

Tourist spot with unreasonable beer prices in a nice seated beer garden located right at the Oculus.

Only pro is there is a bathroom in the back.

I mean you “could” stop for a drink but for the price maybe a pass

Beer Garden? No beer on tap.
I was surprised to find out there’s no beer on tap at a place calling itself a beer garden. I ordered a Margarita instead, but it was extra sweet. When I told the bartender it was too sweet and asked if she could help fix it, she seemed annoyed. With a rude attitude, she squeezed a bit of lime juice into the drink and handed it back without even mixing it. Not a great experience.

Ridiculously overpriced 13 dollars for a tiny draft beer. Nice location and outdoor seating.

Bad watery and expensive cocktails. At least put some garnish on top

Great spot to hang out when the weather is nice—super chill vibe in the middle of the city bustle. They’ve got 50+ beers, which is impressive. I’d recommend going for the canned options—they’re definitely the better value. Tried the hot dog and chicken tenders, and they were pretty solid for beer garden fare. Nothing fancy, but hit the spot. Perfect place for a casual drink and bite outdoors. Would definitely come back.
