The place is shabby, seatings are stained and dirty.Service didn’t know etiquette (brought drinks for 2 people and only then informed the 3rd person their order was not available so they need to choose sth else).You may want to check your bill as we found an unexpected item.Food was ok but go with the cooked ones, not the raw ones (tuna was mediocre).Place looks good in the evening with the views but come during the day and you will be disgusted.
Lovely art deco landmark. Space is at a premium - it was not crowded on the rainy night we celebrated our anniversary there. Terrific live jazz trio. Our cocktails and roasted carrot hummus were delicious. We ordered the Taste of Ophelia for Two appetizers which were excellent. Perfect ending for our NYC trip.
