Petit Chou is a charming East Village bakery with seriously good desserts. The chocolate chip cookie is perfectly crisp on the edges, gooey in the center, and easily one of the best in the city. Known for their popular cinnamon rolls and wild eclairs, including amazing chocolate and salted caramel éclairs, this spot offers fancy treats at a good price. The pastries are miniature works of art and so delicious—from the guava cheesecake danish to the tiramisu tres leches and blueberry cheesecake. Very kid-friendly with patient staff. Highly recommended!
