This restaurant was called PhoBar pre-COVID. After re-opening from COVID, it is now called Project Pho. The food is just as a good as it was before. I usually get the Spicy Beef Pho or the Siagon Pho if I don't want something spicy. This place always hits the spot when I crave for pho. Being from SoCal, I know what good pho is. This is one of few vietnamese restaurant that gets pho right!

I believe this restaurant is called Project Pho now. The Pho is soooo good! One of the owners is still running it but had to change the name. Don't let that fool you. We had the veggie pho and it was honestly the best veggie pho I've had. The broth was extremely flavorful. Also the lime-aid is like what I had in Vietnam - not carbonated and not too sugary. Perfect!

A little different, more contemporary departure from the usual/traditional pho places nearby. The traditional Vietnamese spots a couple streets over on Baxter/Mulberry streets are also quite good, but were pretty packed during lunch time, especially with their proximity to the courts, so I decided to give this place a try!
