Pippali Reviews
Very good service and good food
Very friendly service and they helped us select food that would not be too much for two people. The decor was clean with white linens and felt inviting and polished. The food was flavorful and satisfying.
The only 3 stars for food goes to there Awesome Daal Makhni it was delicious. We ordered Metthi malai mutter mushroom which was such a waste not worth the taste. It was extra sweet and there Family Naan is shareable just for 2 people not for party more than 4-5 people.
Over all the service was good and so was the atmosphere.
But a must go place for Daal makhni if you are craving it.
Pippali, an upscale Indian restaurant located near "curry street" in Manhattan, offers a diverse menu with dishes like shrimp curry and aloo samosa chat that are on the spicier side. The service is quick and attentive, and the ambiance is described as nice, with clean decor featuring white linens that create an inviting and polished atmosphere. The food is widely praised as flavorful and satisfying, with many customers especially enjoying the Daal Makhni, which is considered a must-try for those craving it. While dishes like Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, and Palak Paneer are also favorites, some items like Metthi malai mutter mushroom may not meet everyone's taste, being a bit too sweet and not worth the price. The restaurant is a popular choice for both dine-in and takeout, appreciated for its authentic Indian flavors and friendly service. Overall, Pippali remains a great option for those seeking flavorful Indian cuisine in the area.
