This is the best Pret location I’ve been to in NYC.I go every morning and simply love the staff, especially the Yafessei and the manager that is always with her.They are the best always with a smile and giving a great start to other pop’s day.
Went there on Sunday afternoon and the staff were extremely rude. Only had coffee and tea available. Bathroom was also not ‘in service’ but likely the staff just wanted people to leave.

The service is terrible, as if spending money here was a big favor. I asked to heat the bread and was denied, even though the oven was right in front of me and the place was empty.I do not recommend. Go to the other side of the street and get better service.Vegetarian options: There is not.
