I visit Q & N store 5 days a week while working. I go for the delicious and refreshing smoothies in the morning. For the lunch, they serve buffet style food. With plenty of options to pick from. The staff are very friendly. Q & N is the only store I trust.
The food was delicious It's a buffet style place where you choose what you want to eat Then it's gets weighed and you pay for it Great selection of excellent choices Fish chicken steak vegetables different kinds of rice beans peas etc Very reasonably priced Dine including organic take out

Only clean place within 3 blocks of 125th and Lexington Ave in Manhattan. Food is on par with the best of the Bodega's one finds, however they have a nice fruit bar and small hot buffet with a Chinese vibe to the buffet. Not all you can eat and a very large assortment of soft drinks. Courteous counter help and seating was adequate. The IHOP closed and so this is the last outpost of choice of items unless you want Popeyes.
