For example, reservations paid in advance sometimes resulted in delays, and seating was not always available as promised, with guests having to take chairs from outside. The advertised food service during events was often poorly executed, with passed food not properly served.
Despite these organizational issues, many visitors find Rosehill Rooftop to be a top spot for hanging out in NYC, especially when the weather is nice. The overall vibe, combined with good service from staff like Ksenia, Galiya, and Ayka, makes it a popular choice for a relaxed and enjoyable night out. With improvements in planning and customer service, it has the potential to be a truly outstanding venue.
