Senshi cares about The quality of their food. I have not had the ramen, but instead, every week, for lunch, I get the cold sesame noodles with teriyaki salmon with the side of roasted Japanese eggplants. The noodles are perfectly chewy, the salmon is poached sou vide style so very moist, and the eggplant is so yummy!
