This location is very convenient- staff is kind & friendly. Server Mattie helped with my order. Also, manager Michael is great, went above & beyond make sure my order was right. Craving a lettuce wrap cheeseburger ? today, as a healthier option. Yummy burger, crispy onion & tomato very fresh as well. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks Michael!
I like going to this location. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. There is no indoor dining except for 1 table, but there are tables and chairs in a plaza outside. It's a convenient location for Midtown West. Only a few blocks to Times Square and Central Park.Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the ground level. The only problem would be if it is crowded. Otherwise, a wheelchair could easily enter and exit.

First thing to know is that there is very limited seating space inside in this location and most seating is outside. So it’s not very practical.When I visited, half of the tablets provided to order were out of service. It means that the whole process was not fluid and quite lengthy.But the food is as always excellent.
