Based on the reviews, Shake Shack Rockefeller Center is a fantastic spot to get a burger, especially for a first trip to NYC. It offers a great price for NYC prices. The burgers are wonderful, with a perfect ratio of meat to bun and cheese, and the fries are also enjoyable. However, getting the double burger is pretty filling. The strawberry shake is highly recommended, as the use of custard makes it extra delicious. While the food is very good, this location is not the best spot for a burger if looking for a sit-down meal. There are no tables or nearby dining areas, and the space is very small with ordering kiosks packed too close together. It is a struggle to navigate through the crowds with food to find a seat. It is more of a spot to get a quick bite and take it on the way while looking around the Rockefeller center. The location is especially busy, but the consistent products are always good. The customer service is excellent, with staff being very helpful, respectful, and welcoming.
