Sift Cakes and Cookies is a small, cozy cafe and bakery with a distinctly Malaysian touch. The bakery is an amazing highlight, offering delicious and comforting pandan treats. The pandan basque cheesecake and chiffon cake are standout items—the chiffon cake is light, airy, and beautifully green, while the cheesecake is perfectly baked and creamy. The Bundt cheesecake is also top tier. Malaysian-style drinks are fantastic, including the pandan matcha, ginger latte, and a Black Sesame Latte with a nice toasty buttery taste. The hot honey lemon tea tastes like HK style. The coffee quality and taste are authentic. The space is cute and cozy, low key, and quiet, making it a great spot for a quiet break. Everything feels thoughtful and well executed. Highly recommended.
