Smashed's burgers are delicious, and my partner and I are regulars. However, we're consistently let down by the unfriendly customer service. During our recent visit, despite ordering two fries and two burgers, we were initially given only two ketchup packets. When requesting more, the staff claimed we already had enough and declined our offer to pay for extras, stating they had run out. This ketchup situation left us puzzled and somewhat disappointed in the service….
Food was ok but underwhelming compared to its peers that are a 2 min walk away. Also, can’t stand when places charge extra for dipping sauces like mayo. Just cheapens the experience.
