This morning we were about to enjoy breakfast when I opened and spilled my grapefruit juice all over my beautifully plated breakfast. It was a mess. I was fully prepared to pay for a new meal to replace mine when one of the employees, Mallory, refused to let me do so. They replaced both my drink and my meal at no cost. Wonderful customer service... with a smile. Thanks Mallory for making my morning brighter. Definitely leaving with a smile 😊 to go! ❤️
