Sozai (Japanese Izakaya Ramen) offers a variety of authentic and fresh dishes. Customers can enjoy hotate scallop carpaccio, sake clam miso, miso black cod, kurobuta sausages, cold soba green tea, spicy tonkotsu ramen, sparkling yuzu calpico, and yuzu cheesecake. The restaurant is praised for its delicious noodles, with the tonkotsu and shoyu ramen being particularly well-received. The miso soup is also noted for its addition of mushrooms. The tonkotsu ramen noodles were loved, with a super flavorful and not too salty broth. The kaarage and takoyaki were good. The Wafu mushroom pasta was really good but a tad bit salty. Katusdon was cooked perfectly. The crab croquet was amazing. The grilled pork jowl dish was also liked, going well with alcohol. The place is super tiny and cramped but has nice booths. It's a solid place that people would come to again if in the area.
