“What an amazing experience. Every floor of the Starbucks Reserve was impressive, all the offerings amazing, and our barista Jeremy, provided us an educational and enriched coffee experience. We realized we didn't know that much about coffee, and the process for it to be served to us! Definitely would recommend this to anyone in the New York area (we're from California on vacation) wanting to enjoy an elevated coffee experience!!“

“It's my first time visiting this location and I like the design of the space when I first walked in. And then I was welcomed by friendly staff, and even got a special treat because they were closing early. I also noticed that the store was pretty clean. Will definitely come to visit again!“

“Experience was fantastic! Both Baristas made the experience better than we could have expected. One suggestion I would like to make is to add lighting to the area where the table is. Very dark area and hard to see colors of coffee or the process of brewing. This can be easily done as there is ceiling power above the table. Other suggestion would be to move the table to a brighter area that is more secluded from sound.“

“Store # 7427- 1917 = 5 STAR rating because Cali was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the coffee drinks which demonstrates great customer skills. “I had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a starbucks at this location. Katie as my cashier and she was so nice and lovely while taking my order. I was having trouble pulling up a coupon from my app and she helped me place my order with such ease and kindness. The inside space is very cozy, clean, and relaxing. I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks on 95-96 Broadway, thanks to the amazing baristas who work there, especially Ebonie! No matter how far I am, this location will always hold a special place in my heart. Ebonie has a magical touch when it comes to crafting drinks that go beyond the ordinary. From the butterscotch topping to the brown sugar shaken espresso and the lavender cream frappe, she always knows how to surprise and delight me.

What truly stands out about Ebonie is her friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as her remarkable ability to remember her regular customers and their preferences. It's the personalized service that keeps me coming back, knowing that I'll be greeted with a smile and my favorite drink made just the way I like it. “This is the most impressively operated Starbucks locations I’ve ever seen. It’s insuring honestly. Very well managed, staff are incredibly well trained, remember you and are engaging. People give 100% every day here. It’s almost like a tourist attraction.“

“So--a big reason why we go to Starbucks is because you know what you're getting. As a brand, it is tremendously consistent. Well, in the past few months I've had *bad* coffee drinks from two different Sbux. One on Manhattan (near Grand Central Station--very bitter) and one in central NH (just didn't taste good, like it wasn't fully mixed or something).

However at THIS location they are VERY consistent. I've ordered from them many, many times over the years--they've *always* produced an excellent drink. I never regret ordering from them. The service is excellent (which is a job, this location is *crazy* busy. I don't know how they do it). They're fast, friendly, and the drink tastes good. Can't ask for more than that.

We all know Sbux ain't cheap. I don't mind the money--as long as I get the drink I want. This particular location *always* delivers.

(That said, Sbux, you really NEED to bring back the Apple Crisp Macchiato. I found a recipe to replicate it and it's okay but I'd rather drink yours.)“

“I love how Starbucks lets me customize my drinks! They don’t have a specific vegan hot chocolate on the menu, but you can easily create one. Just ask for non-dairy milk (I went with oat), and the mocha syrup they use is already vegan. The only swap you need to make is replacing whipped cream with cold foam. My personal favorite is the strawberry cold foam.

For my perfect combo, I added 3 pumps of raspberry syrup and 2 pumps of pecan syrup. The result? Absolutely amazing. Honestly, one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Great job, Starbucks! 🌱☕💚“

“I have only visited this store twice, the second time was a few weeks ago and I was served by a guy who brightened my day with his attentive, funny and respectful personality.

Hours before I got some bad news and had to go to work so I wanted to fix my mood by eating something sweet and this guy made me smile, that is why I give you 4 stars, also my muffin was very good...

I apologize because I do not remember the name of the guy nor the muffin, I had a lot to think about at that moment; he is a black boy with fine features and a face that transmits the funny spirit of a little kid, the world needs more people like him!

This experience was very different from my first visit to this store, where I was served by two white girls (again my apologies for not knowing their names and referring to their physical characteristics) but their service was not that good to me, they did their job quickly and mechanically as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly and I was the only one buying at that moment.

Because of that first experience I had decided not to visit this store again, but due to time constraints I had to do it a second time and this guy changed that decision I had made.“

“This is a medium-sized Starbucks with one accessible, gender-neutral restroom. The barista will share a code with your order. We ordered an Iced Green Tea and Cold Brew. There is limited half-booth seating and it wasn’t that busy on a Sunday afternoon in September. Would definitely recommend as a pit stop to refresh on your coffee or tea and use a clean restroom.“

I’m a new mom, and I’ve had challenges in a select Starbucks locations where I was not given permission to use the bathroom while pregnant. At this starbucks, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. I asked the barista working if there was a diaper changing table I could use, and they went above and beyond to also bring me paper towels and additional things to help me change my baby. I’d like to recognize this starbucks for their inclusive customer service approach to mothers and children, and I hope this can be encouraged across all locations. The barista that gave me this impression and experience is named Christian. I look forward to frequently visiting, making this location my regular.“

“Stopped here today to do some work emails and observed this amazing staff as they maneuvered an unexpected NYC crowd. “I have to shout out these workers for always moving with grace especially with the tween crowd as it gets insane where it sounds and gets crowded like a lunchroom. They always are kind. The only issue I have is majority of time the app says my order is ready and it’s not“

“Service needs attention too. You have 3 employees, one in training, unable to speak up.
When busy now one else is helping to make the drinks only one person.

“Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in Manhattan. The seating is spread out nicely and not too crowded in the earlier mornings. In my experience with the morning staff, I’ve always been greeted with some of the best early morning energy. There is a bathroom in this Starbucks which, well as any public restroom goes, you get what you get.
But overall this is one of my top picks. The morning staff also work FAST I often order while getting off the train at the station right next to the doors here and my drink is ready by the time I’m walking up the stairs. Little things that make the morning better.
While my experience here is mostly exclusive to the mornings I still recommend this location above the 57th and Lex location which does not have seating for example ☺️“

“The Starbucks at 55 Broad St, in the heart of the Financial District, is a great spot for both convenience and comfort in New York City. The décor is modern and stylish, but what really stands out is an old clock right in the middle of the main hall, blending beautifully with the contemporary design. I placed my order through the official website and picked it up at the store: the packaging was very well made and secure, so I was able to take my latte home safely. “After going to gym, I walked around and found this Starbucks on the corner of 3rd and 53rd. Huge windows over both streets so easy to find it.
Rather large inside space with lots of seating. I ordered a coffee and it was nice and strong. Very fast and friendly service. Busy but I still found a seat by the window.

“I have a love hate relationship with starbucks. I never really had a problem with them until covid hit and they started closing the bathrooms. The bathrooms would have a sign on them saying that they were out of service. Now I like to go to Starbucks to sit there and use my computer I never had a problem with anything until that. I pretty much stopped going because every time I went to a Starbucks the bathroom so close. How can you take and spend some money and sit there for 2 or 3 hours while you're spending money. “I rarely write reviews but I frequent this Starbucks during my morning commute into the office. They are always so busy during this time but they seamlessly & efficiently pump out orders. When I order ahead my drink is almost always waiting for me when I arrive, or very shortly after. It’s honestly impressive, they seem very organized even with the crazy volume at 9am. The staff are always so nice, offering in person greetings as I grab my drink, or writing nice notes right on the cup. “This is a very nice location. Clean and nice and efficient staff. Code for gender neutral bathrooms for ppl who patronize the store so bathrooms are clean too. Seats are comfy and you have free WiFi and charging stations. Seating is nice too. They have a pickup area under name in alpha order so it’s organized. Ceilings are tall and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. The music is a bit loud for me as I’m trying to enjoy a book but I have noise cancellation AirPods so I’m good. Don’t drive here as there’s no free parking or rare in the residential streets w alternate street side parking. It’s best to take the subway and it’s on 40th street and 3rd avenue one store shy from the exact corner of these streets. Convenient. Plus they recycle.“
