“Store # 7427- 1917 = 5 STAR rating because Cali was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the coffee drinks which demonstrates great customer skills. “Good service. Nice seating options. The seating area is rectangle making this location less cozy and more appropriate for grab and go. Mix of high chairs and sofas. Restroom present. I had a pistachio latte. It was tasty, The flavors certainly reminded me of pistachio but there is a slight artificial aftertaste. For the most part, one can ignore it. This is the inherent taste of the product and not the fault of the barista.“
“I had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a starbucks at this location. Katie as my cashier and she was so nice and lovely while taking my order. I was having trouble pulling up a coupon from my app and she helped me place my order with such ease and kindness. The inside space is very cozy, clean, and relaxing. My drink came out so quickly and was delicious as well( iced lavender oat matcha). Convenient spot since it’s close to the Q too. This made my day! Thank you again.“

“The best barista is Nash, she makes the drinks with a passion. She also knows her customers and remembers each drink, and how they like it. When she isn’t in the shop the quality of the atmosphere of the shop drastically drops. She is a light in this dark “
“Our greeter was Vanity and our Baristas were Miguel, Sebastian and Ben. As soon as we walked in the door they were so welcoming and Vanity recommended some amazing new drinks/food to try. Im moving in a week, but will make the detour to come to this store due to the phenomenal customer service“
“I love this place! It was my first time coming to this location and I was greeted energetically upon entering. I received my iced lavender oat milk matcha and ham and Swiss croissant in a timely manner. The drink even had a sweet message on it! And when I was leaving, I was bid a sincere farewell. “Went recently on my birthday to claim my birthday drink. I stopped in person to place my order. Kerri the manager of the location was amazing. She mentioned happy birthday and let me choose what I want any size and any preference of the drink. I was impressed by her great team spirit of leading an amazing team. “I got an iced matcha latte here. It was really really good, but the sweetest matcha I have ever had. I don't know if you can tell them to adjust the sweetness level but it was good nonetheless. The place was clean and the service was fairly quick but the other person I was with was pretty sure that they messed up her order. She ordered black tea and thought they gave her a fruit tea. The prices were as expected for Starbucks in NYC, $6.25 for a grande. However, both drinks were good and I was honestly pretty impressed with my matcha, I will definitely be ordering the same thing next time I go to a Starbucks.“
“Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in Manhattan. The seating is spread out nicely and not too crowded in the earlier mornings. In my experience with the morning staff, I’ve always been greeted with some of the best early morning energy. There is a bathroom in this Starbucks which, well as any public restroom goes, you get what you get.
But overall this is one of my top picks. The morning staff also work FAST I often order while getting off the train at the station right next to the doors here and my drink is ready by the time I’m walking up the stairs. Little things that make the morning better.
While my experience here is mostly exclusive to the mornings I still recommend this location above the 57th and Lex location which does not have seating for example ☺️“

I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks on 95-96 Broadway, thanks to the amazing baristas who work there, especially Ebonie! No matter how far I am, this location will always hold a special place in my heart. Ebonie has a magical touch when it comes to crafting drinks that go beyond the ordinary. From the butterscotch topping to the brown sugar shaken espresso and the lavender cream frappe, she always knows how to surprise and delight me.

1: it’s obvious their staff likes them just by watching their interpersonal interactions.
2: music was on point
3: it was clean, cool (temp), & entertaining
Whoever that manager with the Midwest, I assume Minnesota accent, is they deserve praise for running a very busy, tight ship with a smile and wonderfully infectious attitude.

“Today, I told myself I needed to take a moment to leave a review. As always, I can count on this Starbucks location for fast, friendly, and consistently excellent service.
But today was different. Due to personal issues, I wasn’t quite myself. Jodi immediately noticed and, without missing a beat, lightened the mood with a joke as she rang up my usual order. She even took the extra step to write an additional kind note on my cup.
I wish I had taken a photo before throwing it away.
This type of customer service doesn’t come naturally to most, but it's obviously second nature for Jodi, and I am so appreciative of my overall experience, especially on a day like today.

“I have only visited this store twice, the second time was a few weeks ago and I was served by a guy who brightened my day with his attentive, funny and respectful personality.
Hours before I got some bad news and had to go to work so I wanted to fix my mood by eating something sweet and this guy made me smile, that is why I give you 4 stars, also my muffin was very good...
I apologize because I do not remember the name of the guy nor the muffin, I had a lot to think about at that moment; he is a black boy with fine features and a face that transmits the funny spirit of a little kid, the world needs more people like him!
This experience was very different from my first visit to this store, where I was served by two white girls (again my apologies for not knowing their names and referring to their physical characteristics) but their service was not that good to me, they did their job quickly and mechanically as if they wanted to get rid of me quickly and I was the only one buying at that moment.
Because of that first experience I had decided not to visit this store again, but due to time constraints I had to do it a second time and this guy changed that decision I had made.“

The store was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which gave it a cozy and festive vibe. It was quite busy, with lots of other customers enjoying their drinks and snacks, but the atmosphere felt lively rather than hectic.
While waiting for my coffee, I sat on one of the bench seats, which was a comfortable touch. My latte arrived just in time, piping hot and perfect for the chilly weather. I don’t just go to Starbucks for the coffee (even though it’s delicious), but because of the amazing service I always get from the baristas. They truly make a difference. They’re kind, fast, attentive, and always have a great attitude—even on the busiest days.
I’m impressed by how they remember my order, even if I don’t come in every day. That shows they really pay attention to their customers. They always greet me with a smile, and even if there’s a long line, they make it feel worth the wait. They’re also super patient when explaining the menu or helping create a custom drink.
One time, a barista recommended a small change to my usual drink and now I’m obsessed. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about giving you the best experience.

“This is a medium-sized Starbucks with one accessible, gender-neutral restroom. The barista will share a code with your order. We ordered an Iced Green Tea and Cold Brew. There is limited half-booth seating and it wasn’t that busy on a Sunday afternoon in September. Would definitely recommend as a pit stop to refresh on your coffee or tea and use a clean restroom.“
“This Starbucks café is on a public plaza, Worldwide Plaza. While it is true the indoor café has limited seating and no bathrooms for customers, the outdoor Worldwide Plaza has outdoor facing public restrooms and ample outdoor seating with two other restaurants and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere with the fountain during warm months. To use the single person gender neutral restrooms (two of those) meet a security guard in yellow jacket or shirt and ask to be let in. The bathroom isn’t ideal, but well appreciated.“

I’m a new mom, and I’ve had challenges in a select Starbucks locations where I was not given permission to use the bathroom while pregnant. At this starbucks, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. I asked the barista working if there was a diaper changing table I could use, and they went above and beyond to also bring me paper towels and additional things to help me change my baby. I’d like to recognize this starbucks for their inclusive customer service approach to mothers and children, and I hope this can be encouraged across all locations. The barista that gave me this impression and experience is named Christian. I look forward to frequently visiting, making this location my regular.“

“This is a very nice location. Clean and nice and efficient staff. Code for gender neutral bathrooms for ppl who patronize the store so bathrooms are clean too. Seats are comfy and you have free WiFi and charging stations. Seating is nice too. They have a pickup area under name in alpha order so it’s organized. Ceilings are tall and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. The music is a bit loud for me as I’m trying to enjoy a book but I have noise cancellation AirPods so I’m good. Don’t drive here as there’s no free parking or rare in the residential streets w alternate street side parking. It’s best to take the subway and it’s on 40th street and 3rd avenue one store shy from the exact corner of these streets. Convenient. Plus they recycle.“

When I order ahead my drink is almost always waiting for me when I arrive, or very shortly after. It’s honestly impressive, they seem very organized even with the crazy volume at 9am.
