“The cocktail section is stylish and comfortable. The espresso martini was very good. We also had a cocktail with ice cream, I don't remember its name but we didn't like it, it didn't have a clear taste, neither sweet nor strong, in short it was like Nesquik mixed with water. The staff is polite, especially many thanks to the French waiter.“

“Came here the other day to pick up an order but i had stupidly sent it to another location. I know it’s almost guaranteed that they’ll honor it when you do that, but Chris was so incredibly nice about it and helped me out immediately. I also appreciated that he proactively asked me my name to check on my order after seeing me stand there for a few moments.“

The customer service here is always above and beyond, management is top-notch and seems to care about the customer experience. I had a pistachio latte. It was tasty, The flavors certainly reminded me of pistachio but there is a slight artificial aftertaste. For the most part, one can ignore it. This is the inherent taste of the product and not the fault of the barista.“

“I had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a starbucks at this location. Katie as my cashier and she was so nice and lovely while taking my order. I was having trouble pulling up a coupon from my app and she helped me place my order with such ease and kindness. The inside space is very cozy, clean, and relaxing. Nina gave Incredible suggestions of things I could pear well with the drink I faithfully get, she made sure to warm the blueberry muffin up for me I ordered because of her positive reassurance, Unique wrote a positive message that I didn’t see on the cup until I took a sip and got in my car. I had to go back into the restaurant to make sure I told them how appreciative I was at the incredible job they were doing and learned that Unique is the store manager. I See why! “I normally don’t receive above subpar service at Starbucks but I was an hour and a half early to first day of a new proposal deal in a tight cram as a doctoral student they let me sit (with purchase of drink and cram work before meeting them and was only place open. I normally don’t review unless great service but Juan and Jayvon who work early in the morning have had the best Starbucks service I’ve received thus far in the city. They are great. Also seen some very rude and non respectful customers I will be calling corporate they need security guards here for their safety. In 1 hour I’ve seen 3 situations with people who could have been dangerous and the workers were forced to be uncomfortable for their safety.“

“This Starbucks café is on a public plaza, Worldwide Plaza. While it is true the indoor café has limited seating and no bathrooms for customers, the outdoor Worldwide Plaza has outdoor facing public restrooms and ample outdoor seating with two other restaurants and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere with the fountain during warm months. To use the single person gender neutral restrooms (two of those) meet a security guard in yellow jacket or shirt and ask to be let in. The bathroom isn’t ideal, but well appreciated.“

“I got an iced matcha latte here. It was really really good, but the sweetest matcha I have ever had. I don't know if you can tell them to adjust the sweetness level but it was good nonetheless. The place was clean and the service was fairly quick but the other person I was with was pretty sure that they messed up her order. She ordered black tea and thought they gave her a fruit tea. The prices were as expected for Starbucks in NYC, $6.25 for a grande. However, both drinks were good and I was honestly pretty impressed with my matcha, I will definitely be ordering the same thing next time I go to a Starbucks.“

“Honestly this is one of my favorite Starbucks in Manhattan. The seating is spread out nicely and not too crowded in the earlier mornings. In my experience with the morning staff, I’ve always been greeted with some of the best early morning energy. There is a bathroom in this Starbucks which, well as any public restroom goes, you get what you get.
But overall this is one of my top picks. The morning staff also work FAST I often order while getting off the train at the station right next to the doors here and my drink is ready by the time I’m walking up the stairs. Little things that make the morning better.
While my experience here is mostly exclusive to the mornings I still recommend this location above the 57th and Lex location which does not have seating for example ☺️“

“I sometimes ask for a glass of water at Starbucks especially today that the temperature is so high: 87°F. This location is at Manhattan West. We got there to enjoy the public space and a delicious breeze made the moment pleasant. However, I had to send my water back for ice. They were open and gave me very cold water. “The people here are just great. Friendly, helpful, and just plan great to work with. When I bought two breakfast items and a latte, the machine stopped working. The staff was immediately friendly about it and told us of the situation. When the machine kept being unavailable, they told us that it was on the house and to enjoy our day. They wouldn't even take cash, which we insisted but they denied regardless. Just good people working to uplift others' day which we have never seen at any other starbucks location. “Great location in Midtown Manhattan by the Lexington Train station. Always crowded and the baristas are very pleasant. Nice place to grab a coffee and watch people walk down 3rd Avenue. They have a bit longer than usual waiting with the hot drinks, but their drinks are very tasty.“

“These workers are the best I’ve seen. They are very friendly. Drea at the front when I first walked in was smiling and bubbly and you could tell she had regulars. Very friendly. Chill music and everyone made to feel comfortable. Best service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. They may benefit from a security guard. Other Starbucks in areas I’ve seen staff treated awful called slurs and I’ve had to tell them there rights as employees as I learned the NY labor laws and rights for employees and other locations in Queens etc in the city have 1-2 officers at all times. I’m a week away from my doctoral proposal thesis defense and had a meeting in the morning. I live two hours and wanted to work somewhere I paid for drinks I didn’t even want just to sit all day and do work and no problem.“

I have also seen them giving a beanie to a gentleman outside when it was cold outside when it looked like he needed one. A good reminder that chains can be local and a part of the community.“
