I’m from the Bahamas, I visit NY once a year for the last 20+years, I go to different Starbucks locations, (but the one on 301 W 145 st NY, is home � for me, the Service is always good.
There were only 2 people helping customers at the time I was there. One person was on the register and the other person was making the drinks. The place was packed. Considering that this is a busy location, (lower Manhattan, a few blocks from World Trade) I was very disappointed.
