If you're in hurry, I'd recommend skipping this Starbucks. While the staff is friendly, the service is notably slow. My frappe didn't match the usual standard either. Consider nearby alternatives for a quicker and smoother experience.
So, this is a small and extremely busy Starbucks, and if you are in a rush it's much better to go literally down 35th to 7th Ave which is bigger and they are much nicer. Now don't get me wrong, it isnt always bad service but today, there was a barista "p" I believe her tag said and she makes a good drink, but has a horrible attitude. It's a small Starbucks, so there are souvenirs and menus, but you can't sit down and eat.It's okay to pass by, but there's no need to come here on purpose.Orders must be placed directly with staff. No kiosks.
