Pleasant atmosphere, good location when you are traveling at Penn station, where you can sit down and enjoy your drink. Nice interior design and very spacious. The downside to consider: no bathroom (you can use the bathroom inside Moynihan train station), the service is very slow, I had the impression they are sleeping, waited about 10 minutes to get my order, only a few people work. I wanted to thank the staff of this Starbucks location. This morning I was late to work and rushing. I placed my order on the train but instead of the one right in Penn Station I ordered the one by Amtrak so they said from the Penn Station that location is outside the Penn. off course I couldn’t find it and I walked into this location to ask them

Ant, the manager is my absolute favorite, he remembers everyone's name and makes your day just that much better.
My order is always perfect. They are a breath of fresh air and I enjoy getting my morning coffee there every day on my way to the office.
