This has to be the slowest/consistently understaffed, disorganized and non prioritizing Starbucks in the whole city. If you’re not going to mobile order 20mins in advance go to 444 Broadway.

Disappointing service. Came here for drinks and did online orders. Barista tells me they don’t have decaf for one and suggested another option that was half the price and no, cannot refund me. So I take the caffeinated version. 20 minutes later the same barista is cleaning the outside. I ask about my drink at which time he admitted it had been made and he forgot. Drink is cold and gross. Mind you he gave me my drink wearing the same gloves he had left on to clean the tables...read full review
