I find it very clean in here. There are tables downstairs and tables upstairs. The old folks hang out in bakeries in Chinatown, so there will be some senior citizens with their coffee and pastries. The cakes and tarts mostly range from 70 cents to $2.25. The typical buns are about 90 cents to $1.25 so it is very inexpensive. The draw for me is the ample seating, bright lighting and A/C.

I came here to stop by for a snack on the way to the subway and I was not disappointed. The only thing I got was a baked roast pork bun and for 90 cents it was the perfect snack. The dough had the perfect sweetness and the meat was tasty. Not a bad option by the Grand Street station and if I am in the area again, I will definitely be back!
