I just left with a chicken and brussels salad and they forgot the chicken! Now I cannot get a hold of anyone at SweetGreen. So frustrating. :-( To spend $16+ on a salad and drink and not get the chicken and have no way to contact the store is very disappointing.
Overall, everything was great—the ingredients were fresh, and the salad was delicious. My only complaints are that there wasn't a wider selection of toppings. I asked for black beans and avocado, which they don't have as part of their menu. I'd love to see more of a variety, especially given the price. The drinks are very tasty, and refreshing. We were walking by recently and my wife ask me to find a bathroom so we stopped into this location. I bought a bottle of lemon seltzer water and my wife used the facilities. The staff were very nice and understanding of our circumstance. I enjoyed my seltzer while the place was pretty busy with the lunch crowd.
