Stopped in for some bubble tea. Went inside the store and there was one customer inside waiting for their order. The woman who works there told me to wait outside because they only serve one customer at a time. It’s pouring rain. I asked, “I should go stand in the rain?” And she said “yes mam.” I told her that I will go to a different bubble tea shop that cares about their customers. I have never heard of only one person allowed in a store at a time. Yes, it’s a small store, but only ONE person was inside, already ordered, and just waiting. Terrible terrible way to treat a customer and will never go back.

Highly recommend coming here. Weng and his wife started it over 15 years ago. They both work six days a week and take a lot of pride in what they do. You don’t find many places like this in New York City with people who have such passion for their businesses.

literally the BEST bubble tea I've ever had in my life, the tapioca pearl were the most incredible I've had, just perfectly cooked im not kidding. I had a hot sesame bubble tea, 10/10 would recommend. the guy working there was nice and cooked quickly. the place in itself is tiny, you can't have your tea inside. the decoration is super cute with lots of plants.

First let's talk atmosphere. There's not a whole lot of standing room but the little building is decorated to the brim with absolutely the best decore. Little gatchas, anime figures, framed puzzles amazing.The man working was soft spoken but unbelievably nice. He did everything really quickly my partner and I mustve been there for 5ish minutes from orderi g to getting our drinks.Oh and the drinks. I got the taro Milk tea with bubbles and when I say this mightve been the best blend of sweet and taro I've ever had? And I can say without a doubt that these tapioca pearls were literal perfection .

Only place I've seen that allows customization of tea strength! Plus, many specialty teas available as well. Owner is super nice and gives you a sample to make sure you're satisfied before sealing! Yummy!
This is my most favorite Teashop in all of New York City. I highly recommend it to everyone. The atmosphere is fantastic and smooth. Helps give you a calm pace with delightful music. You can see and taste how much work they put into making the food aswell as the Tea. I'm always satisfied with every visit!

I ordered the Osmanthus Oolong Tea with Milk, with pudding and herble jelly at 100% sweetness, and light ice. It was phenomenal! If you're into the authentic milk teas, then this is your place. You can truly taste the tea in your drink and the decor inside so cute!Dietary restrictions: They can make drinks with lactose free milk, for those that are lactose intolerant.

For a customer who’s not sure what’s going on and opened the door and came in, There’s a more clever way to communicate “if you are not with them, I’ll need you to wait outside”. Is this some sort of government agency? Because it felt so. Just to provide an unpleasant customer experience. Honestly when the service is not there, the price and flavor just can’t justify for the wait. Wish you luck but hey it’s over hyped imo
