Like many others, I visited The Plaza Hotel with the Home Alone scenes in mind.
The Champagne Bar in the lobby felt gorgeous and special, and the staff provided warm, attentive, and professional service.
I came here specifically to try the iconic “Kevin’s Ice Cream Sundae.” Unfortunately, desserts cannot be ordered on their own.
So I had to order a salad as a meal. It was delicious, of course, but I was too full to really enjoy...

I was really disappointed with my visit to the Champagne Bar at The Plaza. The service was extremely slow, and when our order finally arrived, only part of what we asked for was brought to the table. Even after waiting, the rest never came. For the price point, I expected far better service and attention to detail.
