Beautiful place to grab a delicious cocktail in the iconic Plaza hotel. The whole place was filled with fresh cut flowers and smelled amazing! Prices are ridiculous, but that’s what you get when you go to the plaza. Weight staff are impeccable and friendly.
Event was not as described. Open table offered a Gatsby Experience described as “About this experience: Join us in the Champagne Bar for an evening filled with opulence and history to celebrate the 100th birthday of The Great Gatsby. Champagne towers, a special performance by the Serafina's and other surprises will ensure a special evening.” none of this was going on and when i asked the hostess she said it's not an all night thing just a quick champagne toast at...
Had the chance to get a few cocktails there today, and even though it is heavily overpriced, it was worth the experience!
Our bartender Laura was really cool, friendly and professional! She made some delicious cocktails, while entertaining us with stories.
I also had some great conversations with two of the servers; Larry and Andrei. Both were very nice and friendly. They were super attentive to each and every guests walking thru the lobby. Really glamorous...
