I would recommend sitting at the bar to soak in the atmosphere. The setting is gorgeous, you're in the The Plaza New York so if you're whining about cost, don't come here - it's an iconic memorable one off experience and the bar staff were fantastic to me. The Winter Sangria will be a drink I think about for a long long time. Delicious.
Had afternoon tea with my teenager girls as we were on a trip and this was on their list. We enjoyed it, but would not do this again. The tea and the food were lovely. The choices were delicious except for the fois gras macaron. We were disappointed there were no sugar cubes, only packets. The restrooms are located very far away and everything around the The Palm looked like it was under maintenance. We feel it was not worth the price for the ambience of the whole experience.

I had a delicious dinner at the bar in late March 2024.I checked in at the host stand and was offered an immediate seat at the bar or a table with an approximate wait time of 15 minutes.Tony and the team at the Palm Court were attentive and the food was delicious. It was fun to craft a customized spirit-free beverage. Lovely space. Worth a visit.
