I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience having afternoon tea at The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel on September 7, 2026. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. Overall it we had a good time but it was overpriced for what it was. Waiter was fine but I have to note that we didn't get walked through everything in the tea when they served it (which they should do and did for every other table around us).
The afternoon tea was wonderful. The tower had a wide array of offerings. Service was great.
