The Dean NYC is a cool spot on 39th St between 7th and 8th Ave. The space has great vibes with a low lighted setting, a DJ, and plays Latin and English music. The wings are deeeelish. One guest had an issue with a drink, but the manager and bar staff were unbelievably accommodating and gave unbelievably amazing service. However, the environment was not for everyone, and it was not one of the best places for Latin music and dance.
